Stuart Eardley, Team Leader of Phoenix Racing – Coventry University Formula Student, has ambitions for the 2012 season. He had this to say:
We won the award for most fuel efficient car last year, finished 6th in the endurance run and 20th overall. This year we are trying to raise our game by winning the fuel efficiency award for the second year running, breaking into the top 5 in endurance finishers and finishing 10th overall in the competition. We have taken a lightweight and innovative design philosophy to make our most competitive car yet.
